[Comment] Offline: Africa does not need a Prince Charming

By the end of this century, one in three people on our planet will be living in sub-Saharan Africa (today, the proportion is one in eight). Yet this profound shift in population power carries with it little agreement on what should be done to secure the future health and wellbeing of African peoples. Economists are divided.
