[Correspondence] Invasive strategy in acute coronary syndrome – Authors’ reply

We thank the correspondents for their comments on the After Eighty study.1 In a real world population of elderly people (aged 80 years or older), we agree with Adam Timmis that any therapy should be individually tailored because of serious comorbidity (eg, dementia, frailty, and life expectancy), and quality of life should also be addressed.
