[Correspondence] Percutaneous coronary intervention for stable angina in ORBITA

We read with great interest the ORBITA trial1 by Rasha Al-Lamee and colleagues that showed no significant increase in exercise time in the percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) arm compared with the placebo arm in patients with stable angina. The authors should be congratulated for this first sham trial in patients with coronary artery disease.
