[Correspondence] Percutaneous coronary intervention for stable angina in ORBITA

We congratulate Rasha Al-Lamee and coworkers1 for doing a sham-controlled trial challenging percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) in stable coronary artery disease (CAD). However, important issues remain unaddressed and it is therefore premature to call for the last nail in the coffin for PCI in stable angina.2
