MJA Events Terms & Conditions
AMPCo, The Medical Journal of Australia and Doctor Portal (the organiser) will make every effort to ensure that the event and the program will take place as advised. The organiser reserves the right to delete or alter items in the seminar and will not take financial responsibility for changes that are the result of events beyond its control, including travel and/or accommodation.

Cancellation Policy: In the event you are unable to attend the event, a replacement delegate may be sent in your place. Should you wish to cancel your registration, AMPCo will refund the cost of your registration less an administrative fee of AUD$100.00 including GST per registration, provided AMPCo receives the cancellation in writing by fax or email at least 21 days prior to the event. Cancellations made within less than 21 days prior to of the event will not result in a refund.
The organiser will make its best efforts to forward your participation details to you or, where specifically offered, to your medical college. It is your responsibility to check that these details have been received. Should you not receive participation details it may mean they your activity has not been fully completed. In this case you may contact your College directly and inform them of your participation. The organiser will not be responsible should the College award a lower level or no credit for the activity.
The organiser will make its best efforts to provide the programme as advertised, but specific content details or presenters may be different on the day. The organiser reserves the right to record and film proceedings including any interactions with presenters during the program.
Delegates are responsible for their own welfare and transport on the day (including parking) and ensuring they are able to be present and register on time.
